Today was a really relaxing day. Doing laundry, cleaned up the rooms, cooked lunch, took a nap with Robert and our cat... I just needed a day like this!

today's lunch: 

chocolate coconut pancake

(flour, butter, buttermilk, baking powder, salt, agave, chocolate powder, coconut milk)

baked vegetable with herbs

(sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, fresh oregano, 

olive oil, butter, salt, chipotle pepper, black pepper)

今日は久しぶりにとてもゆっくりした休日を過ごせました。洗濯も掃除も出来たし、身も心もすっきり！

パンケーキを焼いて、ロバートと猫のブルースと昼寝をして、心安らぐ一日でした；)

Pitchounetteちゃん、モンブランおいしそう～　確かに日本のスウィーツは欧米人から言わせて見ると甘くない！のかもしれないね。そして私も知らぬうちにそんな舌になってきていたりして？

Pitchounetteちゃん一家に会いに、フランスへ行きたい！

そうそう、おはぎにペッパーはおいしかったよ。

ちょっと小豆の煮込みが足りなくて固めになっちゃったんだけど、それを抜かせば。。。

By the way, I bought maple syrup from Old Field Farm. They are a commune from upstate, farming and making art. I like what they are doing and I like the package, too! 

Robert's and my dream is making a commune somewhere with our friends who share similar thoughts for living.

ちなみにOld field farmのメープルシロップを買ったので、今日のパンケーキで初賞味。Old field farmというのはNYアップステートで農業を営み、アート活動をしているコミューン。パッケージもかわいい！

ロバートと私の将来の夢は何処かで自分たちと同じような考えをもった仲間とコミューンを作る事なのです！
