Migration Postcards: Chipotle Chili x Sweets

Pitchounetteちゃんのひな祭りごはん、春色でおいしそう～！うららちゃんのごま油マフィンもとても気になります。

ロバートと私のお気に入りの調味料、Chipotle Chili Peppers。メキシコ料理などに使われるチリペッパーですが、同じチリパウダーの中でもスモーキーで独特の深い香りがあって大好きです。

ロバートが私の誕生日にチョコレートケーキを焼いてくれました。その隠し味がChipotle Chili Peppers。それがとっーても美味しかった！Sweets x Spiceのコンビは私の大好物。という事で実験的におはぎのあんこにChipotle Chili Peppersを入れてみました～

One of Robert's and my favorite spice is Chipotle Chili Peppers! It is often used for Mexican food. I love the smoky and deep flavor of it.
Robert baked amazing chocolate cake for my birthday. That was really the best chocolate cake ever! The secret spice is Chipotle Chili Peppers. Sweets x Spice, it is my favorite combination.
I was inspired by the chocolate cake and I made Ohagi (sweet red beans with sticky rice) using Chipotle Chili Peppers.
