Hinamatsuri

こんにちはお久しぶりです、Pitchounetteです。

今日は楽しいひな祭り～♪

ということでお昼ごはんを義両親と友人と一緒に
「日本のごはん」を食べました。
楽しいけれども大人数のごはんを作ることに
慣れていないのでかなり疲れましたが、
子どもたちを含めみんながおいしいおいしいと
たくさん食べてくれたのでよかったです。

少女の健やかな成長を願って。
そういう思いは娘に届いていなさそうですが
今日も満足に大好きなフランボワーズをたくさん食べて幸せそうでした。


Hi this is Pitchounette.

Today, 3rd of march is Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival/ Girl's Festival) in Japan. So I prepared some special dishes and had them with my parents-in-law and one friend. I'm not used to make big portions of the dishes so it was a little bit hard job but everyone said it is delicious and had a lot so they made me happy! Of course my daughter, Zoe as well. Today's meeting was for her!

デザートはピンク色にしたくてホワイトチョコレートにいちごシロップを混ぜて。
手作りカステラにかけて赤いフルーツを飾りました。
子どもたちにフルーツを全部食べられたのでカステラだけが残っています・・・
今日は気持ちの良い天気で春も感じられました。日本の桜が恋しくなる季節です。


And the dessert! I tried to make the colour of Hinamatsuri, pink!
It was sunny and warmer today, we felt a little spring and now I feel like seeing the cherry blossoms!
